Unveiling a Future-Ready Super Sport Car with Cutting-Edge Aerodynamics and EV System

IGUCHI's L.a. Vision Concept is not just another super sport car design. It stands out with its aerodynamic cutting-edge styling and air flow technology. The body follows a streamline shape from the front nose stagnation point to the rear end, with aerodynamic fenders attached. The design also features a unique bottle neck shape and a combination of front and rear fenders. This design is available in an additional color version - a striking combination of orange and black, with additional aero parts for a sportier look. The car is powered by an EV system, making it an environmentally-friendly super sport car.

The creation of the L.a. Vision Concept involved a five-phase process. It started with a hand-drawn sketch, followed by rendering using Photoshop. The next step was a hand-drawn plan in four dimensions, followed by the creation of 3D data using Rhinoceros. The final phase was the production of a 3D printer model at a 1/43 scale. The specifications of the design include a length of 4460, width of 1970, height of 939, wheel base of 2560, and an EV system engine.

IGUCHI's design was not without challenges. The aim was to create a design that was not just about styling, but also about aerodynamics. The side view of the car is an aerodynamics triangle shape, and the plan view is a bottle neck shape. The front face was designed to create a stagnation point shape. IGUCHI also created a 3D printer model of 1/43 scale for real aerodynamics examination.

The L.a. Vision Concept was created in Japan over a period of three months. IGUCHI conducted extensive research on aerodynamics form using web-sights and technical books. The 3D model was created using DMM service. The design is tagged as an E sport car cutting adage concept by Daisuke Iguchi Design.

This design has been recognized for its innovation and excellence. It was awarded the Golden A' Vehicle, Mobility and Transportation Design Award in 2015. The Golden A' Design Award is granted to marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom. They are venerated products and bright ideas that advance art, science, design, and technology, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with their desirable characteristics.
